Skolen ønsket å øke antall elever/studenter gjennom 2025. I den forbindelse var det eventuelt også nødvendig å øke skolens administrative kapasitet. Lærerkapasiteten var av skolen vurdert tilstrekkelig. Skolen prøveansatte ny rektor våren 2025, men skolens økonomiske kapasitet var ikke tilstrekkelig til å møte den nye rektorens lønnskrav. Selv med dagens aktivitetsnivå er skolen underdimensjonert administrativt,
